For aluminum plate, the main product we do are 3, 5, 6 series aluminum alloy.
3 x x x alloy aluminum plate: 3003 aluminum plate, 3004 aluminum plate and 3A21 aluminum plate. It can also be called rust proof aluminum plate. The content of Mn element is between 1.0-1.5%. so it has a good rust proof ability. the price is higher than 1 x x x series, it is also a commonly used alloy series.
5 x x x alloy aluminum plate: 5052, 5005, 5083 and 5754 aluminum plate. The 5 x x series aluminum plates belong to the more commonly used aluminum alloy plate series, the main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum magnesium alloy. The main characteristics are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. Under the same area, the weight of Al Mg alloy is lower than other series alloy. In China, 5 x x series aluminum plates belong to one of the more mature aluminum plate series.
6 x x alloy aluminum plate: 6061, 6063 aluminum plate. It mainly contains two elements of magnesium and silicon. 6061 is a cold treated aluminum forging product. The general characteristics are excellent interface features, easy coating, high strength, good usability and strong corrosion resistance.
